I use thunderbird for my small business.

I have customers who are in my address book that are being labeled as {spam} in the subject line.

How do I stop this or do I need to look for a different email program.

I have used thunderbird for years and this has only been in the 6 months or so that this is cropping up.

Many Thanks

'Spam' is not a term applied by TB (it uses 'Junk'), so the filter is most likely being applied by the mail provider before the mail is downloaded to TB, or an antispam component of a security/antivirus app. If it's the former, open the account in webmail and whitelist or unblock the customers, perhaps by adding them to the webmail contacts.
