Hi Sean, Nightly is updated nearly every day (as the name suggests), so it is a bit less stable than Beta. Nightly will evolve into beta approximately every 4 weeks, when beta matures to release. Currently:

Release: 82 Beta/Developer: 83 Nightly: 84

If you work on websites or add-ons, where it is critical to know how sites/extensions will work in future versions of browsers, Nightly could be a great choice. Otherwise, maybe it's not the best daily driver.

Why not just install both and verify for yourself. I run Beta and Dev, but run beta mostly because most of the add-ons don't work with Dev.
