I am using Windows 10 and up until last week have never had any problem with Firefox. Now when I log into my Telstra account, I can see all the services available except Telstra Webmail. When I select Webmail I just receive 3 flashing square dots but the page will not load. I am able the access my Telstra Webmail from Internet Explorer but not Firefox. Telstra has suggested that I use Google Chrome instead of Firefox but I would prefer to use Firefox so hopefully someone can help me with this issue.

Chosen solution

After several phone calls to Telstra I was eventually advised that the problem was caused by a Firefox Outage as from 27.11.20 and that they were working on it. The problem has now been resolved.
