Hello. Is it possible to Export, import to a file of saved bookmarks in Firefox?

I know that it is possible to remember them on the user's account. But in large companies / government institutions where computers are in the server's domain, such functions are often blocked. When an employee has a changed computer, this data cannot be saved in order to be transferred to the new computer. Or is there a hidden feature?
