Can anyone help. I have just set up a new Firefox account. I tried to enter two different secondary email addresses, but both are already in use.

I am sure I had a Firefox account many years ago and this is the problem. How can I delete the old account without knowing the main email address so I can use those email addresses again?

Dear Jane, have you tried to reset your account password by entering one of the two secondary email addresses?

Dear Jane, without knowing the main email address of the old account it is impossible to reuse it for a new subscription for the firefox account. It is better to create a new account with a new email address.

My problem is that there are two of my other email addresses tied up with the old account...therefore what is the point in having secondary email addresses if they cannot be used in the recovery process?
