Background Color
Firefox has added a dark background theme to their browser which is fantastic for us who are visually impaired, because we can't find the white cursor on a white background, and spend countless time searching for it. Sometimes as much time searching for cursor as using the program. The darker background really makes a huge difference. Is their such a feature in Thunderbird that I don't know about? Or, if not, is there any possibility that someone might consider making that modification for us visually impaired users? Thank you all for taking time to read our request.

Given Thunderbird and firefox actually mostly share the code for themes, have you tried looking in the addon manager under Themes. There has been a dark theme for some years and recent versions have a default, a dark and a light.
