After using Thunderbird for a few weeks SEND button disappeared and was replaced with SEND LATER which I do not want. SEND does not appear as an option in the CUSTOMIZA Menu

Send Later appears instead of Send if you're Offline. Uncheck File/Offline/Work Offline, or click the icon at the left end of the Status Bar (bottom of main window).
