Firefox defaults to an old email account that I have not access to
Hi There, I am not able to access my gmail account on FF. It keeps defaulting to an old employment email that I have no access to.
This happens if I type "gmail.com" into the FF web-browser OR if I click on the pinned Thumbnail in a new window with FF. This issue means that I have to use another (different) browser and I want to use FF due to the integrity of the site and the mission is stands for.
How do I remove the "old" email so that I can log into my gmail using FF?
Can anyone help me resolve this issue? - thank you, Kate

If the above does not work,
Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox {web link}
Remove a single website from your history {web link}
Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings And Passwords.
