Hello, I have been doing weekly Instagram Live shows for months. I use my cell phone, and my husband typically sits at the desk and acts as my scribe during the show from our desktop computer. Last night we were no longer able to do so. We think it might have to do with add ons or extensions. Can you help, please?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

hi. there is no error message. I have the app downloaded on my phone and I begin the IG Live show. Before, my husband would sit at the desk at our desktop computer, log into the Live Show, and act as "scribe" for me by typing into the comments. We did it this way for the last half year with no issues.

Now, I am able to start the IG Live show from my cell phone as usual, but he is unable to see it from his desktop computer. So can't help me by scribing in the comments because he can't gain access.

I have tried a different browser (Chrome), tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting both the cell phone and the desktop computer, several times, and nothing works. Thank you.
