I sent an email to a vendor help desk. The auto reply came back to my wife's email account not to mine. I resent the message and watched it do it again. I have checked the account settings for my account and looked at "Manage Identities" and they are all properly checked. Also I do not see any "Reply To Address" option in my Account settings.

the 'reply to' option is at tools>account settings. click account name in left side bar and right pane shows it. to be safe, check your email settings and SMTP settings just ensure her email id is nowhere in your application. You might also review the email headers that were in the auto response.

Using gmail accounts? If you're sending from account A through the smtp that has account B's User Name, recipients will see your messages as if they were sent from account B.
