For years I try to switch form Outlook 2010 to Thunderbird. Among others I've tried the Thunderbird Setup 31.8.0 route, all unsuccessfully. The new Thunderbird Setup 102.0b4 Beta offers a new Outlook import tool. “Import from another program” , “import from outlook”. Unfortunately I get the error in a red line “no profile found” Agenda and e-mails a very important to me. So a clean install is not a option.

Any suggestions?

If you plan to switch, I suggest waiting until 102 is released as official release, anticipated for later this month. If you go with beta, it's not downward compatible to official releases.
