I have tried opening in troubleshoot mode also. It still crashed. https://www.zomato.com/jaipur/padao-amer

Example link. But this is the case for all restaurants on Zomato. It works on Chrome.

Update: What security software are you running? It's not crashing on Linux, but let me get on Win11 and see what happens.

No issues for me on Win11. see screenshot

Does it still happen in a new profile (without signing into sync account)? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

There was an option to reset cache in the option to refresh profile. That solved the issue. Thanks.

This it seems didn't actually solve it. After this I tried resetting profile and also reinstalling firefox. The behaviour changes a little but it still leads to unresponsive window and crash. This doesn't happen on Chrome and Edge. I took a video and attaching snips from it https://link.zomato.com/xqzv/rshare?id=63449718786b9667

Regarding security software, this is work PC. The primary one is Sentinel One. But I also expect some Microsoft defender services.

Visit about:policies in the address bar and see if there are any active policies.

Did you log in to your sync account or change anything after refreshing the profile?

Do you have "Use a Primary Password" enabled in settings?

Do you see the popup "Allow this site to open the intent link with..." (see screenshot)?

Here are the active policies: The first is IT forced Sentinel One. Second is to disable the homepage automation. I just refreshed again to ensure that I didn't sync account or change anything, though it showed a message that it has restored my bookmarks, history, cache etc.

No, I didn't see the popup.

I retried again after removing cache and cookies but still same issue.

Strange. It is working for me, on Windows 10.

This is quite aggressive, but have you tried a completely new (clean) Firefox user profile?

Just tried it. It did not work. I am on win 11. Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631.

Actually, for some weeks, Firefox has been crashing often but I don't have information on which sites. This is the one for which it has been crashing consistently.

So, one option can be the security software. But I have no way of changing it here and reporting it to them from my end will probably be a dead end.
