AFAIK Firefox browser doesn't come with that options, you have to use a Addon or 3rd party software to have that feature. Otherwise you have to look on Firefox Addon page to see if there is on there to use.

There is a Read Aloud feature in Firefox Reader. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-reader-view-clutter-free-web-pages
