i download firefox and it begins install and then freezes when extracting at 22% everytime

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Hello William.

Try downloading the installer again. You can get the latest stable official release for free at getfirefox.com. Then try again.

Also, make sure your Firewall is not hindering Firefox's installation process.
