A site hid my menu bar (not me). I can't get it back unless i leave the site.

I first noticed the problem on one of the successor pages accessed deep within that site, and it continued for many successor pages. Don't know if it happened when I first went to this URL. Also, no scroll bar on the right, even though the bottom of the screen is covered up by the status bar (I think that's its name), which I also can't make go away. Alt key does NOT expose menu bar.
