I can't access my comcast.net email with firefox browser but I can with Internet explorer and other browsers

I was in my comcast email account and discovered that my yahoo email address had sent my comcast email a link. I did not send that link to my comcast address. That link turned out to be a banned link. I have no idea where it came from. I highlighted the link and right clicked on the link to see if I could scan for viruses. I could not but view source came up so I clicked on it. It said something about block cookie so I clicked it and instantly I was blocked from accessing my email account through Firefox. Now I cannot figure out how to undo what I did.

The tab shows the following message when I go to my home page in Mozilla - but works fine with Internet Explorer.

       Invalid Http Request Header

This seems to be happening since I installed K-9 and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Thanks for any suggestions.
