You need to update your flash from adobe.com. Then go to this site to make sure you have the latest version:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
PS: You might have installed Flash for IE only, Firefox has its own version.
IE and Firefox use different versions of Flash. Your plugin list shows that you have an old version of the Flash plugin installed.
To install the version of Flash used by Firefox, try using the Adobe Flash manual installer as detailed in the Adobe troubleshooting guide - http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
You should also update your Firefox 3.0.19 to a more recent version. Support for the Firefox 3.0.x branch has been ended and you won't receive security updates,
