How do I prevent popup ads on my system? Most annoying are the ones from NetFlix.

Also I have recently started receiving a bunch of ads in my email. These are unsolicited, and annoying.

As far as email, not a Firefox support issue. See your web mail providers support pages. Or documentation to your email program, about the SPAM filters.

That link addresses pop-under ads. The Netflix ads I am receiving are pop-over ads.
