Cut-off of right side of pages

Question pages have cut-off right edges. I do not have the up-down movement bar appearing or avaiable for use. Happened after updating to Firefox 4.0 from 3.6. How do I go back to 3.6 until you have this problem fixed. rdmissr@aol.com
