I want to install firefox on my laptop and a popup menu always comes up asking for password. the popup menu already have a username as Administrator but without the password the software wont run.

Writing files to the Program Files directories require Administrator privileges on newer Windows versions. However, you don't have to install Firefox there.
When the prompt appears asking Do you want this program to make changes to this computer?, rather than entering a password, instead click 'No'. Setup will continue, installing Firefox in your user directory rather than in Program Files. If you would rather install Firefox to another location, choose 'Custom' setup type.

When I run the software, the popup menu I get says Ok or Cancel and it requires a password from me before continuing. There is no question of if I want this program to make chamges to this computer?
