How to ensure when opening New Tab, it does not open a new tab with undesirable address like bigseekpro.com?

When I opened a new window on my Firefox browser, it will open my "Home" page.

However when I click on the "+" sign on the tab to open a new tab, or when I click on File with the drop down menu to select New Tab or Ctrl+T, it will definitely open up a search engine page known as bigseekpro.com.

I have looked into Tools--> Options but cannot find where to remove the address.
