Is anyone else getting this problem? It is happening to me far too many times a day I get the script stopped responding error chrome://tavgp/content/libs/include.js:2449 I have to stop the script but often have to restart my laptop to get it to respond as sometimes it just freezes the whole thing, even the task manager can't close firefox at times, other times stopping the script does work but then leaves everything so slow. Can anyone suggest anything?

There is more information on how to actually get rid of the "AVG Free" extension by reinstalling "AVG Free" without the Link Scanner component.

This issue is caused by an AVG (tavgp) extension extension
