When I updated to v7 my internet down manager didn't work.Could not download using my Internet Manager. It was working when I was using v5

I use Internet Download Manager to download This program was working when I had V5 I updated to V7 I was not able to download using my Internet Manager program I went back to V5 and I was able to download using my Internet Manager.
