Thanks for your help.I am not able to solve this issue. I have tried you suggestions. I need to find if I am locked out of saving prefs,but can't seem to do it.

Try to delete the prefs.js file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
