You have a very old Shockwave Flash 10.0 r42 player installed according to your system details list.
Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.
I KEEP DOWNLOADING VERSION IIX64,IT SHOWS IT HAS DOWNLOADED BUT THEN IT STILL SHOWS THAT I HAVE VERSION 10,0,42,34.
Firefox is a 32 bit application, so you need to install the 32 bit Flash version.
Flash Player uninstall:
- http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157 (this will remove the Firefox Flash plugin and the ActiveX control for IE)
I HAVE TRYED TO DOWNLOAD IT OVER & OVER & IT DOESNT WORK.COULD I UNINSTALL IT & THEN REINSTALL IT,WOULD THAT WORK. THANKS
