Firefox help About tells me I have 10.0.2. When I try to go to Yahoo mail, nothing happens.

I have Windows XP. I updated to Firefox 10.0.2 . Now i can't get ff to go to my Yahoo mail account. I twill open other sites, but when I enter my email account and click, nothing happens. Now it is asking me to update ff again. If this version won't work with Yahoo mail, what's the use? I might as well go back to the previous firefox or give it up completely.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
