How to recover from "OSX/ Trojan Crisis" w/Mac Pro OSX 10.6.8 on Yahoo?
An acquaintance sent me an email about 19 July stating he and his wife had been robbed in Madrid, Spain of all their money and credit cards. They need money ($900 to 1200) to get home. Use Western Union. The hacker evidently had stolen my acquaintance's name, email address, all his email, his address book, and calendar entries, AND NOW HE INFECTED AND STEALS MINE SO THAT HE CAN CONTINUE THIS SCAM. I have not received email since 20 July 2012. I was out of country to 1August 2012.
I have lost my Yahoo/Firefox, Yahoo/Safari, and Mail/Apple email, my address books, and calendar entries. My Mac Pro, iPAd-1, and iPhone 4s are sync'd together. I received a notice from Yahoo that my user ID was changed. I've had trouble with my passwords. Some of my acquaintances have contacted me about my faked robbery and are probably infected now .

Yahoo must be aware of this problem labeled OSX/ Trojan Crisis. I have run iTuneUp, MacKeeper, and SpeedUpMac on my Mac Pro osX 10.6.8. Now I am ready to run TechTool Deluxe. Also, I am ready to change my Yahoo password. Is there anything else I should do ? Do I need to do anything to my iPad (-1) and to my iPhone 4s? They are sync'd to my Mac Pro

Sorry, that really isn't a Firefox support issue. Contact a Mac support forum or Mac-users group for advice on to solve that issue.
