In a Virtual Active Learning community (mijnvc.nl) firefox doesn't show the ASPX files. The page stays blank. What is the problem?

Currently school want us to use a Virtual Learning Community (Butterfly+) and provides us with documents through this website (where you have to log in and stuff). However, when I try to open a document, which is supposed to be displayed on the page right away, it gives me a blank page. Downloading doesn't help either since it is an ASPX file and I'm not really familiar with that. I looked up my add-ons and all that but I can not seem to find something that could be the problem.
