want to make the bookmark bar show multi-row columns

I would like to be able to have my bookmark folders on my bookmark bar to show up as multiple row columns. I do not like having to scroll up and down on a single column. None of the add-ons seem to do this and I can not figure out any setting that will do this. Any ideas would be helpful.
