Sometimes when I click it doesn't register. Particularly with middle click (opening/closing tabs).

If I'm opening a few links in new tabs then the first one will work, but every one after that will take two middle clicks instead of one, and when I close them it will take two clicks instead of one.

I know the mouse is working fine, as autoscroll will enable/disable with a single click every time.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled FireFox without luck.

This started happening after upgrading to Windows 8 (I upgraded to the latest FireFox at the same time)

Sometimes left click doesn't register straight away either, but it seems to be mainly middle.

This has been bothering me for months, and of course as soon as I ask for help I find the answer myself. The problem was with Logitech SetPoint. My PC just happened to boot up without running SetPoint and everything started going smoothly, so now it's uninstalled :)
