You are likely looking for a addon to do that.
- See: addons.mozilla.org and search "youtube downloader"
Hello MaribelG, also, if you need it to download only from time to time, maybe it is easiest to select, not a download manager but a site page for that : http://keepvid.com/
you can paste the link from youtube and you have the download.
for youtube :
1. as the video run from youtube click the share button and copy (right click and copy on mouse) the link
2. in http://keepvid.com/ paste the url/link that you copy above and click download
3. as loading java applet, probably you can see warning window(the application's digital singature...........application?), check the box I accept the risk and want to run this application[v] and click run
4.select 1 of the links/quality (like ›› Download FLV ‹‹ - 240p or ›› Download FLV ‹‹ - 360p etc)
5. and in the opening window select save file
6.the download begins to your selected folder.
to do the above you do not have to wait all video to fully buffered because you have the link.
thank you
Another EASY way: Ik the address bar, insert "SS" between http://www. and youtube........ So: http://www.youtube........ becomes
http://www.SSyoutube..... (.......is the movie you want to see)
Click enter. You'll see another website, where you can download in MP4 or other extentions, low, medium or high quality. DONE! ☺☺☺
