There are several problems when reading on-line.

If making comments to an article if one tries to double space between paragraphs it does not double space and the sentences are one continuous. If you try to change the font size this does not work it just increases the leading between lines. If there is a picture because of the increased space between lines the picture will be moved down and if there is a descriptive text under the picture this will be covered.

Is that happening with a rich text editor (contenteditable=true)?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
