Email accounts are lost when I close. Accounts are not remembered?

When using PortableApps Thunderbird, I have to set up email accounts each time it is opened. I have tried "uninstalling" the portable app, but it cannot be removed, nor can I delete the Thunderbird Portable folder. Any Ideas about how to solve this problem.
