How do I change my browser security settings to where I can run a uncrypted app?
I am attempting to run an app that I downloaded off of nasa.gov, but my browser is blocking the local app from running. How can I turn this off?

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
Type about:addons<Enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>)<Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins.
Set that plugin to Ask or Always
BTW; At the top right is a link to check your plugins.
