Hi bujanover, I understand that sync is not restoring bookmarks, I am happy to help. Is there another device that is syncing to the account already? If so, from this account check to make sure that bookmarks are checked in the settings, and that the account is connected. If not, sync will only sync data that is connected to the account and cannot be a reliable back up.
