FF Restore Options don't restore all previous tabs

When I clicked an AVG clean-up download that appeared on my screen when I started my desktop this morning, only the AVG tab appeared in FF. All my tabs open in my last session were gone. FF History "Restore Previous Session" option is grayed out, and anything else in FF only restores AVG tab. I looked at the FAQs, but no help there. So, is there anything I can do to restore all my tabs that I had yesterday before I turned off the computer? Help!
