Ever since the last update 38.5.1 I have been receiving the following error message when logging in or changing folders: Login to server imap.secureserver.net failed It then gives me the option of re-entering my password but that has no effect. When logging in the program will open and the error message will pop-up. New messages will not load. When opening a folder I will frequently receive the same message. When I do new messages will not load. In both cases when I receive the error message new messages won't load and old emails can't be opened. The program does work sporadically. Anyone else had problems after the last update? Thanks

If safe mode for the operating system fixes the issue, there's other software in your computer that's causing problems. Possibilities include but not limited to: AV scanning, virus/malware, background downloads such as program updates.
