Can no longer right click on a document >send to>mail recipient- how do I create an association?

Tells me - there is no email program associated to perform the requested action. If one is already installed create an association in the Default Programs control panel. How do I do this ( this worked until a week ago )

Send to is an operating system function. I suggest you Google that for the operating system that you use.
