When I open the History menu, it hasn't added anything new.

Everything under Recently Closed Windows doesn't change. If I go to Youtube or Facebook, my visit won't show up in the History menu. What's strange though is that if I click Show all History, it's all there. It's just the History under Recently Closed Windows that doesn't show what I recently visited. Just shows the history from a few days ago. Not sure exactly what day.

Also, if this helps, it keeps track of closed tabs and windows just fine.

There are closed windows and closed tabs. There is also going from one place to another in the same window.

Can you give more detail on what you were doing?

This is basically what happening when I go to a new page on the same tab and window.

Ex. I go to youtube, then click history. It doesn't show youtube, or any other sites I visited today. Instead, it just shows pages from before a certain point in time. I know this because when I delete the pages that show up from my history,it just shows pages I visited before them. Never anything I visited after them.

But if I click Show all History, the list that pops up does show an accurate list of what pages I visited.

Never mind, turns out the history menu kind of "fixated" on pages I visited in some random frame of time, and was putting them ahead of the new pages I visited. Once I deleted those old pages from my history, the pages I had just visited started showing up in the menu. Like, they started showing up near the bottom as I deleted the "fixated" on pages.

Not sure how that happened, but at least it's fixed.
