I lost my ability to print last week and am having difficulty following directions for a clean reinstall. Can I talk to a person to walk me through this?

I am unable to print. Get message "an error occurred while printing". Tried following Firefox clean reinstall instructions but am unable to follow step one - Download latest Desktop version of Firefox from (your website). It doesn't seem to run in order to save. I am not very literate on computer and find it difficult to located things within the computer.

Hi, a clean reinstall will hopefully not be necessary! Try these steps first: Fix printing problems in Firefox

If you are using a wireless connection via your router, try rebooting it.
