Kaplan University only function with firefox but i cannot view library articles from out kaplan website. Where can I get help. Apple support will not assist
Firefox allows me to access my school website but a large part of my studies is to access the kaplan library and view research articles. I am able to search for articles but when I click the "view PDF" button, firefox attempts to save the article to my downloads where as in the past I simply view them. Also the downloads are blank. So not only can I not voiew them but the download is useless. Please help

It is probably best to consult your IT department for help.
More generally does Firefox deal with .pdf files ok. There are no shortage of .pdf files on the internet if you want to check to see if the issue is just on your University site or not
