I have two e-mails up in thunderbird

Presumably that's two email accounts. Using the correct terminology always helps.

my main one works the other does not & keeps saying server imap failed.

What is the exact error message?

Im not exactly sure what you are asking for, it just says server imap.mannixhvac.com failed.

Are these the correct server settings for IMAP? I somehow doubt it. Confirm with your email provider about the correct settings, and post them here. Presumably they do have a support web site with that information.
