Print button is not working correctly. After click on print button it open by default 40 blank pages for print while in reality there is only 1 page. and for 2-3 pages, it creates 360 or more blank pages for printout. I had never faced such problem in earlier versions.

More than likely that problem is caused by the Gmail software. Typically happens when a "page" extends beyond the "first printed page" in how Firefox calculates the "first page" for printing. Can also be caused by Firefox print "scale" set to other than 100% or Shrink to Fit in some cases I have seen.
Are you using the Print feature in Firefox? Or are you using the Print button on the Gmail page?
Also, make sure you are viewing the email alone, without the Gmail navigation pane in the left column.

And did you scroll to those pages to see what they were? Since that is a private email print no one can view it here or tell what those are to know what it did.

Yes all are blank pages. No it was not a private email, I was able to use print before recent update.

Reinstalling again after clearing everything using cc cleaner does solved the problem, may be because of some issue with gmail but not sure.
