In short, Firefox 45 was released over 2 years ago, and Firefox for iOS 14 was released just 1 month ago, so '''it most likely will work'''. ☺️ Technically, there is no parallel. Apple doesn't allow browsers in iOS to use a different rendering engine than Safari, which means the rendering engine in Firefox for iOS is completely different than the one in the desktop version.
