The "Write" screen allows currently 3 recipients for the message, How can this be increased?

I wish to send a message to 4 recipients ( I have done this in the past ) but the current "Write" screen is only allowing 3. How can I add the additional space ( "TO" )for another recipient

Have you tried hitting Enter after filling the last address space. A new one generally appears.
