I have a gmail account. I use Thunderbird on my laptop to save/store all my emails. When I send am email from my Samsung phone (both new and replies) , the email does not appear in my Thunderbird sent folder on my laptop. How can i make this happen?

You'll have to set up your account as IMAP on both, the phone, and the laptop computer.
