FAIL since Kubuntu 20.10 ONLY Safe-Mode possible

Since the Kubuntu Update 20.10 "Grovy Gorilla" Thunderbird ONLY starts in SAFE MODE. Normal start gives this error:

XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: Nicht definierte Entität Adresse: chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xhtml Zeile Nr. 905, Spalte 3:

Disableling all extensions, add-ons doesn't work.

I uninstalled every Add-on. No success. Error remains.

How do I uninstall Lightning ?

Lightning is built into TB 78 and can't be removed like an add-on. But if TB runs OK in safe mode, there are other factors besides add-ons, such as broken layout or hardware acceleration.

First thing to try is 'Reset toolbars & controls':
