Is there a method for Disabling ALL extensions (with one click). Is there a method for Disabling ALL Themes (with one click). If not, it sure would be nice to have one…

You can possibly use a second profile that doesn't have any extensions and themes installed and use Sync to keep your data synced. There is also Troubleshoot Mode that disables all add-ons.
