I lost my bookmarks that were saved to my account
I recently had to do a fresh reinstall of my Windows OS and was in the process of reinstalling and logging back into my Firefox browser and account. I quickly found out that I could not remember my password for the account. After trying multiple potential passwords, I was not able to find the correct one and resorted to password reset.
I reset my account and now lost all the bookmarks that were saved to the account. The odd thing is that I still have my bookmarks available on my mobile firefox browser, under Bookmarks -> Desktop Bookmarks -> Bookmarks Toolbar.
Is there any way to bring back my previous bookmarks the way they were before the Windows OS reinstall? Especially given that my mobile Firefox still retains those bookmarks?
Thank you.

If this was the main computer or device where all that data was saved any O/S reinstall wipes clean all data that was on there prior. If you didn't save the profile or backup the data to another separate drive or USB there is nothing to recover back.
You might want to try this other article to see if that can restore if possible.
