Previously when I opened Firefox three was a menu at upper left: File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help. Now when I ioen Firefox those menus do not appear. How can I get them back ?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
